Charges may include expenses, including procurement, fulfillment, quality control and servicing of the flight ticket, along with Government / State Taxes and Flight Charges
  • In case of a system error regarding pricing of flights, hotel, car rental and or any other booking from Ohtravelo, website Ohtravelo withholds the right not to sell the booking at the same price. Once a system error has been identified, Ohtravelo will notify you of the right price prevailing then.
  • All Airline Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-assignable and non-cancellable. In limited instances, an airline may allow a ticket to be changed for a fee / price, plus the increased cost of the new ticket.
  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Reservations are not confirmed until the airline has issued a ticket number, and a confirming e-mail will be sent to the customers e-mail address indicating that a ticket has been issued from our end, in case the same is not provided immediately call our customer care desk at (800-000- 0000) and we would be happy to assist
  • In the unlikely event that your booking has to be cancelled, a full refund will be made, to the person/s who originally paid for the booking. Should your flight be cancelled, the Customer’s rights and remedies will be governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage. As a result, the Customer may be entitled to: (a) carriage on another flight with the same airline without additional costs; (b) re-routing to their destination with another carrier without additional costs; (c) receiving a full refund; or (d) some other right or remedy
  • The current maximum number of tickets per transaction or PNR is nine and the name on each ticket must match a valid photo ID shown at the airport, also please note to carry all valid travel documents required for both domestic and international travel such as passport, visa, inoculation record etc., as the customer is purely responsible for the same.
  • Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met:
  • Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same
  • Traveler should not be a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund
  • Processing from suppliers & waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund.
  • For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time, it may take for the refund to get processed hence are liability is nil.
  • All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification will be sent by us to confirm such request also please note this notification is just an acknowledgement of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund
  • Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect in your credit card statement
  • In cases where the airline does allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards ticket purchase in future with travel on flights of the same airline
  • The Travel Agent shall not be liable for any failure in the course of its service rendered if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, ill health, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting either the Travel Agent or its Travel Suppliers.
  • Please note that airlines may charge for additional services (for example, but not limited to, checked baggage, airport check-in, preferred seating, in-flight entertainment (if available) and food, drinks and snacks etc.) Any charges for these additional services are not included in the price of the ticket booked with us and hence must be paid by the customer directly to the airline.
